As the Website Owner, You Will:

• Manage all aspects of the company website, including content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.
• Ensure the Gain.pro website delivers positive brand credibility & trust, and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.
• Conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Utilize analytics to track performance and guide optimization.
• Deliver consistent website enhancement and development based on testing and learning.
• Implement strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Work with the digital team to implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, demand, comms, and product teams, to align website strategies with overall business goals.
• Drive change through best practices ensuring the Gain.pro site delivers what our audience needs.

What Do You Need to Join Us?

The Technical:

• Proficiency in web design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Framer, WordPress, & Figma.
• Strong understanding of Web UI development (HTML5, CSS, JS, TypeScript, React).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with UI and UX design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing websites.
• Understanding of web standards and SEO best practices ensuring designs are optimized for search engines and accessible to all users.

The Creative:

• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, including layout, color, typography, and branding, to produce original and compelling designs with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders to bring visions to life.

The Person:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• A test-first approach to Web Development.
• Analytical thinker and team player with strong communication skills.
• Experimentation and fast learning approaches to design.
• Self-starter and independent with the ability to get things done with very little reliance on external resources.
