About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a top-notch Technical Content Writer to join our team of innovators. You’ll team up with industry experts, product marketing managers, and our design and digital crew to craft stellar content that boosts our brand.
A Day in the Life
- Create and manage digital marketing plans to meet website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber targets.
- Develop content and web strategy for demand generation programs.
- Own planning, messaging, and management of digital channels, collaborating closely with tech teams, different marketing functions, and various departments across the company.
- Develop campaign briefs, landing page structures, and content strategy based on campaign objectives and audience research.
- Plan and execute email marketing workflows and campaigns for lead generation.
- Organize the digital campaigns calendar and execute key digital marketing initiatives like webinars and newsletters.
- Manage social media by creating and posting content, managing communities, and maintaining the image of spokespeople to meet monthly engagement targets and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyze data and track campaign performance, offering creative recommendations.
- Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI in all activities.
What You Need
- Persistence and diligence to go the extra mile.
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem is advantageous.
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B technical content writing.
- Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable grammar.
- Familiarity with content styles used in product launches and media communications.
