Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying key trends and opportunities, and developing a social media Content Calendar to contribute to user growth and increase brand reach across all social media platforms.
- Creating viral social content like Reels, stories & posts using tools like Canva.
- Managing various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Enhancing social media profiles and building an engaged, invested community. Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions.
- Identifying relevant influencers, finding collaboration opportunities, and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
- Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting the performance of content on social media platforms on a monthly basis.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience managing social media platforms for B2C brands.
- Proven experience in driving growth and meeting target numbers for social media.
- Experience using data and social metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Proficiency in all social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook.
- A social media content creator with a personal following of 5k+ would be a plus.
