Working Days:
- 6 Days a week (Off on 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
- Define important social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Manage and supervise social media content.
- Create social media campaigns and plan calendar.
- Measure success of each social media campaign.
- Stay updated with latest social media practices and technologies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools like Buffer.
- Attend educational conferences.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers in multidisciplinary teams.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Track and analyze SEO for effective content optimization.
- Network with industry professionals and influencers on social media.
- Recruit and train team members.
- Provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, etc.
- Familiarity with Social Media Analytics & posting tools.
- Experience in audience and buyer persona research.
- Practical understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
