- Technical writer or content writer with Banking Background is a must.
Job Description:
- Write standard operating procedures for new processes and procedure documents.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand processes and content requirements.
- Deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Analyze content and make necessary changes as required.
- Communicate and cooperate with teams to meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain writing processes, practices, and operations for reproducible content and high quality.
- Guide team members on technical aspects, conduct reviews of technical documents and artefacts.
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure completion of timesheets and invoicing processes before deadlines.
- Lead customer interface for the project, addressing issues proactively.
- Create functional and technical specification documents.
- Track open tickets/incidents and allocate resources to ensure timely closure.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
- Promote continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines.
- Review functional and technical specification documents.
- Act as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
- Encourage teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
- Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
