Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions and new features.
- Code Quality and Reviews: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure the use of best practices, including unit testing.
- Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Troubleshoot and debug application bugs and provide timely solutions.
- System Design: Participate in the comprehensive design and implementation of our systems.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of FE Engineering experience
- 4 years of React experience is a must
- Solid JavaScript experience is a must
- Ability to architect all components of front-end projects
- Experience reading API documentation and working with different endpoints to compose the desired effect
- Experience working and collaborating with teams
- Solid Understanding of AWS services/components
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with component-based UI design
- Experience building highly scalable, performance and reliable systems is a definite plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR MCA in Computers from a top-tier institution
- Basic understanding of banking and capital markets
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Passion for creating innovative solutions and driving change
- Ability to work on multiple projects within tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills
