Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lead Software Engineer at PerceivED.
- Responsible for software development, including back-end web development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Work closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative and interactive solutions using immersive technologies.
Qualifications
- Computer Science, Software Development, and Programming skills.
- Experience in back-end web development.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience leading a team of engineers.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Adhere to the standards of programming and write readable code.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Experience in creating Microservices, Authentication, JWT, RxJS, and Express.js.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, single-page applications, and partial page updates.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience in working with AWS.
- Design and develop REST APIs using Node.js microservices.
- Write unit test cases for the modules (Angular, Node.js).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in using Ionic and Capacitor to create Hybrid mobile applications.
- Knowledge of 3D libraries such as Three.js, A-Frame, and Babylon.
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum Development Methodology.
- Knowledge of Sprint Planning and Execution.
- Exposure to WebGL/OpenGL, shaders, and immersive technologies.
