Role Description:

  • Full-Time Position: This role is based at Grass in Defence Colony and requires on-site presence.
  • Responsibilities: The Performance Marketing Specialist will handle various tasks including communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service. They will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute performance marketing campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and business expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Management:
    • Plan and oversee digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Create, implement, and manage campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and affiliate channels as per the strategy.
  2. Campaign Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, comparing them against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Handle programmatic campaigns from conceptualization to optimization.
  3. Customer Engagement Enhancement:
    • Improve customer acquisition and engagement effectiveness through targeted campaigns, innovative approaches, and creative strategies.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign spending and performance.
    • Plan, execute, and assess experiments and conversion tests.
  5. Collaboration and Optimization:
    • Work with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience.
    • Use analytical skills to evaluate the overall customer experience across different channels and touchpoints.
  6. Technology Evaluation and Financial Management:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide insights for adoption when suitable.
    • Manage budgets and finances for digital marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Adwords, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter), content marketing, affiliate channels, and Google SEM.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience in designing and launching digital media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, RevX, Criteo, etc., particularly in the e-commerce sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Clevertap, Appsflyer, and Adobe Analytics. Strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Optimization Experience: Familiarity with optimizing landing pages and user funnels, conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Google AdWords Expertise: Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
