What does the role involve?
- Actively participate in product feature and design discussions and help shape the future of Hilti SW solutions.
- Responsible for building, testing, and maintaining features and functionality.
- Collaborate with Hilti’s product/solution owners and architects to translate jointly defined requirements into working software.
- Present solutions to both technical leadership and other software engineering teams.
- Lead code review and enforce coding standards.
- Develop, implement, and document technical application design and guidelines for the SW development process.
- Establish libraries of reusable components for applications.
- Mentor developers in their day-to-day tasks and build their professional development.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum ten years of professional experience, with at least seven as a front-end application developer.
- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to embrace change & new technologies.
- Team player with excellent communication skills in an agile, interdisciplinary, and international environment.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
Technical skills:
- Profound knowledge to develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, and other modern web development technologies.
