Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals such as ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance accordingly.
- Generate new and innovative growth strategies through brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests, and measure their outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, using strong analytical skills.
- Implement and optimize conversion points and user funnels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience Required: 5+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in creating social media content.
- Demonstrable experience in executing SEO/SEM projects, marketing database management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and marketing skills.
- Knowledge of SMO & SEO techniques.
- Strong lead generation skills.
- Familiarity with web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
