Job Responsibilities
- Run Google, YouTube, and Meta ads to boost website sales.
- Manage social media for consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with design for compelling ad content.
- Handle affiliate relationships and manage them.
- Supervise ad budget for efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Report to CEO, contributing to marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in similar role, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and analyze key metrics.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Capacity to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Work Location: On-site role in NSP, Delhi, India.
