- Actively develop product strategies and recommend new initiatives based on detailed customer research and surveys/experiments.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, growth, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement ideas derived from deep customer analysis, addressing challenges, and enhancing customer experience and feedback.
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track key metrics, and propose further iterations.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver product solutions that drive high business impact.
- Offer diverse perspectives on product, processes, and strategies as part of the Dhan team, aiming for comprehensive improvement and excellence.
