Job Description:

The Digital Solution Advisor (DSA) is a key member of the front-end sales/account management team at HighRadius, collaborating closely with the Account Executive (AE) to manage daily interactions with prospects and customers.

Job Summary: HighRadius utilizes a “Two-in-a-Box” model involving both the DSA and an AE in every interaction with a prospect or customer. This model covers the end-to-end sales and customer management process.

Stages of the Sales Process Include:

  • Initial connect and prospecting
  • Understanding business needs and requirements of prospects
  • Creating and demonstrating the value of HighRadius products through Business Cases/ROI models
  • Aligning with various stakeholders within the prospect’s organization
  • Contract preparation and review
  • Contract renewals
  • Proactive churn risk management
  • Escalation management
  • Negotiation and deal closure

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the AE to advance deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Regular interaction with prospects and customers.
  • Gather requirements and qualify customers through detailed business analysis.
  • Demonstrate products to the finance departments of Fortune 1,000 companies.
  • Develop detailed Cost-Benefit ROI/Business Case models.
  • Develop strategies to compete and close deals.
  • Manage churn to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer issues and coordinate with respective departments to ensure resolution.
  • Negotiate and close contract renewals.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to minimize churn.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software and/or cloud computing is beneficial.
  • 3-10 years of experience preferred.
  • An MBA or undergraduate degree from reputed institutions is advantageous.
  • Experience with North American or European customers in a consultative sales role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable is helpful.
